Managing Partner

Cyril Tay

Cyril is a highly knowledgeable Real Estate professional with 10 years of hands-on experience spanning across the entire property development process from deal sourcing and origination to asset disposition.
Prior to establishing Equilibrium, Cyril was the General Manager at Devtraco Plus ltd where he provided leadership and management to the business and was fully responsible for the day-to-day running of the various departments involved in the real estate development, sales & marketing and property management process.
Cyril’s real estate development experience in West Africa commenced with Laurus Development Partners where he was hired as a Development Manager and co-led business development activities with the C.E.O of the company.
Cyril started his career as a Civil Engineer with Bechtel Power Corporation in the U.S.
Cyril holds a BA (honors) in Civil Engineering from The Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago and an MBA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel hill, U.S.A.

Project Manager

Isaac Ghartey-Wilson

Isaac is a result-driven project manager with over 10 years work experience in on-site construction projects in and outside Accra, with varying complexities.
He has worked with Krane construction, one of the foremost wholly Ghanaian-owned construction companies in the country and rose from being a site supervisor to an assistant project manager, just three months after joining the Krane team.
After helping to successfully hand over a multi-storey car park project for SSNIT in Accra, Isaac was assigned the responsibility of leading a project team to construct an 18-unit, luxury apartment project in Takoradi, the oil city of Ghana; a project that met the acceptance criteria set by the client, was completed on schedule and within budget.
Isaac’s rapid growth as a project manager, after handling his first project resulted in his being assigned most of the projects which required extreme accuracy and high-level finishing details.
Before joining the team at Equilibrium, Isaac worked on the AYIMENSAH park, a 176-unit, town house project as the project manager for Krane construction, where he was fully responsible for overseeing all construction activities from the finishes of the first phase, till the completion of the entire scope that Krane construction had on the project.
Isaac holds a BSc (honors) in Building technology from the KWAME NKRUMAH UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY.

Cost & Procurement Manager

Surv. Felix Kwarteng

Surv. Felix Kwarteng is an astute professional Quantity Surveyor with over ten (10) years’ experience in construction cost management, and with technical expertise in ensuring successful delivery of complex and high profile projects on time and within budget.
Surv. Kwarteng played a key role as QS team leader in the Villaggio Vista Development (Tallest Tower Apartment in West Africa), a prominent project in Accra-Ghana, developed by Trasacco Estate Dev. Co. Ltd. Key technical skills and strength in pre and post contract management, cost planning and control with dedicated services to achieve goals and objectives of an organization.
Mr. Kwarteng holds HND in Building Technology, Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics and a Master of Science in Construction Project Management from KNUST and a professional member of Ghana Institute of Surveyors (GhIS).

Associate Architect

Rhoda Ama Tay

Rhoda has over 5 years of experience working in the field of architecture. Her innate passion for design propelled her into the world of Architecture even after she completed her education in Computer Science.
Prior to Equilibrium, Rhoda worked with Archetype Limited as an Associate Architect and Mustard Architecture Concepts and Interiors as an Architect’s Assistant.
Her passion for designing internal spaces and building forms as well as their effects on the environment allowed her to plant her feet firmly in the Architectural field.
Rhoda holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Ghana, Legon. She enjoys a good action-packed movie, theater plays, loves to gym and has keen interest in outreach programs for kids.

Financial Controller

Andy Ashie

Andy has over 12 years of experience in the property industry in the West African region and has worked with international firms in various transactions to include but not limited to IFC, OFID, FMO, Hogan Lovell UK, Actis LLP, Aecom, Stanbic & Stanbic IBTC.
He has provided financial services such as accounting, professional advisory, tax advisory/consulting, fund management and administration on a project-by-project basis on projects valued in excess of USD 300 million.
In addition to his position at Equilibrium, Andy is the director of CBRE Excellerate Property Services Ghana Ltd where he provides leadership and management to the business and is fully responsible for the day-to-day running of the entity. Before that, he was the Projects and Financial Controller for West Africa at Profica and served as the Projects Financial Controller and Company Accountant at Laurus Development Partners Ltd. He commenced his career at ARG1 Africa Ltd as a head accountant.
Andy holds a BA in Economics & Philosophy from The University of Ghana, and is a studying member with the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (UK).
